San Francisco part 3: SFMOMA

In the late afternoon and into the evening of day 2 we headed to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.  This was the first time we have ever been, and it surely did not disappoint; it was amazing.
So, of course the first thing we do when we get there is head to the top floor for some (delicious) Mandrian cake!  It was also super neat to see the original Mondrian art a few floors down.
The SFMOMA building itself was a real work of art, and super beautiful at night!

Here's Anthony clearly displaying the more proper museum etiquette. (I literally cannot look at these photos without bustin' up, it was just so silly!)

Aside from the 60's pop art of course and the Mondrian piece that I love, these two were my absolute favorites.  They are just so massive and powerful, I could have stared at them all night.

I also really loved the 'Field Conditions' exhibit, it was really interesting and we spent quite a bit of time walking around in this room.  See the video below (and read more about the exhibit in the video description) !
