Twin Peaks

We watched the very first sunrise of Autumn atop Twin Peaks in San Francisco and it was so incredibly dreamy.  I look back at these photos now a couple months later just wishing I could go back and see that dreamy skyline covered in the most amazing clouds again and have it stay like that forever!  Getting up before the sun rises is always a little tough when you're out super late, but once we drive up that road to Twin Peaks and then climb to the top, freezing cold as we might be, noses red, and hands frozen, it's so worth it because the views and the magical feeling you get when you're up there is so amazing.  The photos of the city are some of my favorites because they look like some sort of cartoon or painting or something, so much character, and I didn't even have to mess with these photos too much at all actually, I just applied one VSCO Film filter in Lightroom and that was it!

  9. If you and your child have a long road trip ahead, bringing along his hand-held video games can help your child pass the time away. Car trips can be difficult on a child, and anything that can make his trip more pleasant can give him a better experience. Just be sure to set ground rules and time limits on how much time he spends on it.
