Some Film Shots

Now that I wrapped up all my digital images from my last trip to the city I thought I'd share my film shots!
I used 35mm Kodak Portra 160 film in my old Canon camera for these and share them here completely un-edited.  This is what I absolutely love about film; the photos end up looking just absolutely flawless right out of the camera and have much more character to them.  It really doesn't take much effort either, I'm no professional photographer by any means so often times Anthony and I will just find good light and snap whatever we please with no real "rules" or process to follow really and then when it's developed all that needs to be done is a quick scan to the computer and that's it, no photoshop required, which saves me lots of time and ends up looking way better than any tricks photoshop can do anyways!  The saturated colors and perfect amount of vignetting with this Kodak Portra 160 film in particular is especially divine, definitely my new favorite.

    1. Thank you so much! & I agree, love it, I wish I could shoot exclusively film but that expense would surely add up quick with the amount of photos I take haha!
